  • HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS OUT?
    Once we receive your order and payment, orders generally ship out between 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped out using Canada Post Standard delivery Service and can take up to 5 - 7 days to arrive within Canada and the United States. We cannot guarantee deadlines on shipments due to postal service delays beyond our control such as, but not limited to: Carrier delays, Delays due to Holidays and high volume periods, inclement weather delays and postal strikes etc.)
  • DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
    Yes we do. We ship Worldwide. Shipping rates will vary by Country and will be calculated automatically at checkout. Please allow up to15-20 Business days for your order to arrive.
  • WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL DUTY AND TAXES ON MY ORDER
    Your order may be subject to VAT, Import fees and/or Duty which are levied once your package reaches its destination Country. Please note that these fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. If these fees are not paid, your package will be marked as UNCLAIMED and you will not be issued any refunds due to unpaid Tax/Duty. Please contact your countries local customs office for more information re: your countries customs policies.
  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY
    It is very important to us here at Mojado Collection, that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our products and we will gladly accept returns on Eligible items only. Please note that Shipping and Handling fees for Returns/Exchanges are the buyers sole responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. Any additional Customs fees/Duties incurred are also the buyers responsibility. We will only cover the shipping costs if it is determined that an error was made on our end. In order for an item to be eligible for Return/Refund/Exchange, it must meet the following criteria: - A refund request must first be initialized by E-mailing: customercare@mojadocollection.com within 5 days of receiving your order. - Once approved, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions on how and where to send your return. - Merchandise must be undamaged, intact, unworn and unwashed, with price tags, labels and hygienic liners still fully attached. Returned items will NOT be accepted if the hygenic liner is removed or missing. We suggest trying on your swimwear over your underwear for hygenic reasons. - Merchandise must be free of any marks, stains, tears, rips and odours such as perfumes etc. - The returned item must be received by our quality control team within 30 days from the original date of purchase. - Refunds will only be given once the merchandise has been received and checked by our quality control team and MUST meet all criteria listed above. ! Items that were purchased with a discount of 30% or more are considered a FINAL SALE. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges will be considered. ! We are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please make sure to obtain a tracking # for your package. ! All approved Refunds will be processed back to their original payment method (No Exceptions). It may take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. We appreciate your patience during this process. MOJADO COLLECTION (Mojado Apparel Inc.) Reserves the right to reject returns that are not reported or received within our return period limit or on items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If the item(s) do not meet our criteria for a Refund/Exchange, the package will be returned back to the buyer at the buyers expense and no refund will be given.
